MARBLE FACTORY

The marble factory contain 10 complete production lines for all kind of marble work stating from swing the block till delivery to the end user passing thought Resin treatment, polishing cut to age , or waterjet cut with all kind of finishing polished, semi polished.
WATERJET
Today's technology for creating masterpieces of architectural design from marble is centered on the cutting technology of waterjet. A Master Designer is no longer limited in expressing his creativity as the waterjet machines can cut, with meticulous precision, the thousands of various-shaped pieces that comprise a work of art.
High pressure water jet, combined with a CNC cutting table, is specially useful for cutting stones such as marble and granite. Other materials that waterjet cutter can cut includes glass, ceramic tile, and concrete bricks, etc. Most commonly 3x2m waterjet is used because the slabs of marble or granite available are often of this size. The thickness various between 1cm to 3cm. The cutting speed of 2cm thick with water jet cutter is between 200mm/min to 400mm/min.
GRANITE FACTORY
Fully integrated granite factory where we produce, process, install and even market our products ourselves.
The Granite Factory contain 4 Gangsaws which are able to produce 15000 m2 per month for all kind of granite with 2 complete polishing lines with the most new technology of interment of granite slabs with very strong Quality Cantrell
STORAGE
Fully integrated marble factory where we produce, process, install and even market our products ourselves.
Our store houses are well known as ''stone supermarket''. Over 10.000 m3 blocks in stock imported from the quarries directly.
